College level work must be completed with a 'C' or better grade at a regionally accredited institution to be considered for admissions/ transfer credit. The applicant must be eligible to return to each institution attended. Work completed in technical programs is not normally considered for transfer credit.

There are four ways you can search to determine which course credits from other institutions will transfer for credit to NC State:

Look up by another school's course abbreviation and number (all courses that have been reviewed and approved past applicants).

By institution, all courses that transfer for credit to NC State
Only colleges or universities from which we have recently received transfer students are included (all courses that have been reviewed and approved for past applicants).

Look up by NC State course abbreviation and number (all courses that have been reviewed and approved for past applicants).
