A: $175 for professional staff, $100 for graduate staff, and $65 for a Thursday only registrant.

A: Thursday September 1, 2005. You cannot register prior to this date.

Q: Will we be able to register online?
A: Yes, we will only be doing online registration.

Q: What is the registration deadline?
A: Friday December 16 for early birds, otherwise Friday January 20, 2006.

Q: Is there a cut off for hotel registration?
A: YES YES YES, Friday January 20, 2006. After this date we cannot guarantee hotel accommodations.

Q: When does late registration officially end?
A: Friday February 10, 2006. 

Q: Can I purchase extra meal tickets?
A: Yes, and the cost for each meal is: Opening Banquet - $25.00; Thursday Lunch - $15.00; Closing Banquet - $25.00

Q: What if I have special dietary needs?
A: Each meal will include vegetarian and vegan options. There will be a place on the registration form to indicate any special needs.

Q: Can I pay by credit card, if so, how?
A: Yes, you will be required to submit that information as part of your online registration submission. NC State University will be processing the credit cards. We only accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

Q: What other methods of payment are accepted?
A: Check or money order made payable to SEAHO 2006. If you have a PO number remember this is only a promissory note, and we must have payment by the time you arrive.
