Conference success is possible due to the volunteers who help behind the scenes. Anyone interested in volunteering during the conference, please indicate that on your conference registration form. As the conference gets closer, Becca McQueen, Volunteer Coordinator, will be in contact to give further information about where volunteers are needed and how you can help. If you were unable to sign up to be a volunteer during the registration process, it is not to late. Feel free to fill out the Volunteer Registration form.

Below you wil find a list and description of the areas that need volunteers.

1. Meal Set-up – Assist in distributing meal agendas and setting up decorations.
2. Registration – Assist with assembling conference bags and registration materials and staffing conference registration area.
3. Hospitality – Provide information on local attractions and restaurants at the Hospitality table.
4. Placement – Assist the Placement Committee in providing information and help for employers and candidates.
5. General Volunteer – Assisting Host Committee where needed – checking program rooms, sign placement, event set-up, etc.
