Registration Deadline
There will be a $20 late fee assessed to all registrations after 11:59pm on Friday January 20, 2006. We will still accept registrations online until Friday February 10, 2006. When submitting your payment (check, money order, or credit card) please make sure to include the $20 late fee. If you have registered prior to the early deadline (January 20, 2006) you do NOT need to pay the late fee.
T-shirts, Biltmore Tours, and Additional Meal Tickets
If you are still interested in ordering a t-shirt, additional meal tickets, or a tour for the Biltmore you can do so until Friday February 10, 2006 by sending an email to seahoconference@ncsu.edu. Please make sure to include all necessary information. Payment for any additional items will be required in advance of the conference. If you need to pay via credit card indicate so in the email. You will receive an update to your account status via email.
Payment
If you have not made payment for your registration that was submitted online you need to do so prior to the conference. You can either pay via check, money order, or credit card. If you are now interested in paying via credit card please send an email to seahoconference@ncsu.edu. Information on how to submit your credit card information will be sent to you. After we process your payment you will receive an update to your account status via email.
Refund Policy
If a participant requires a refund, the individual must complete a request form either on-site or after the conference. Regardless of how a participant paid their account (check, money order, or credit card), refunds will be issued in the form of a check. If you would like to request a refund please email us at seahoconference@ncsu.edu and a request form will be sent to you outlining the process.
(Prior to the conference the only cancellation requests that will be honored are for participants who have not yet paid for SEAHO 2006.)
