SEAHO is please to invite you to attend our 2006 annual conference at the Grove Park Inn in Ashville, North Carolina, February 21-24.  SEAHO values the time and effort our Associates contribute by attending our annual conferences.  We look forward to your attendance as a collaborative opportunity to present your knowledge and ideas to over 500 housing professionals. 

If you look at this year’s Associate’s Schedule, you will see that careful consideration was given to maximizing delegate opportunities to visit your booth.  In addition to the meal, reception, and break offered in the exhibit area, there is also a specific CHO/Buyers Time.  The schedule should allow for many opportunities for you to connect with conference delegates!

Booth and Registration Information
This year’s booth cost is $850 and includes: 1 breakfast ticket (Wednesday), 2 beverage tickets for the Opening Reception (Wednesday), 1 boxed lunch (Thursday), and a delegate roster.

Additional meal tickets may be purchased via the conference website during the registration process or later by contacting Allan Blattner via e-mail at apblattn@email.uncc.edu

On-line registration is currently available. You are encouraged to register before December 15, 2005; however, registration will remain open until booth spaces are no longer available.  Payment in full must be received before your application will be processed.  Payment may be made by check or credit card.

Request for a refund must be submitted in writing and will be processed according to the following policy:

• Before December 15th - 100% refund will be issued
• Between December 15th and January 6th - 50% refund will be issued
• Between January 7th and January 13th - 25% refund will be issued
• After January 13th - no refunds will be issued

Exhibit Hall Information
The Associates Area will be located in Grand Ballrooms A, B and C. The Grove Park’s loading dock serves this location easily for both set-up and breakdown.

The booth size will be 8’x8’ and includes: pipe and drape, 1 skirted table (8’ length), 2 chairs, and signage.

Hotel Information
Your SEAHO 2006 Associates registration does NOT include lodging. You must reserve room(s) independently of the on-line Associates registration process.

To reserve room(s), call the Grove Park Inn at (800) 438-5800. The rate is $115 per night and this is good for two days before and two days after the conference. Be sure to indicate that you are attending SEAHO 2006 so you get the discounted room rate.

If you plan to share a room and will need separate invoices when you checkout, PLEASE notify the Grove Park Inn of the names to include on the bill at the time you reserve your room. This will ensure that check-in and checkout flow quickly, and you will get the appropriate documentation.
