Before you enter into a Service Agreement with WolfCopy, you will need
to complete a Needs Assessment form to initiate a request for service.

If you have already completed the Needs Assessment Form, and WolfCopy has confirmed your request for new or expanded copier service, you are ready to enter into a Service Agreement with WolfCopy. To confirm the Service Agreement you will need to read and sign the Letter of Understanding below, and return to WolfCopy by fax or by campus mail.
