Voyager Fleet Gas Credit Card

Purpose:

  • This card is for official use only (memo). Not to be used for personal vehicles.
  • This card is intended for those departments whose state vehicles are driven by multiple personnel.
  • It is not intended for those departments that have an individual assigned to each vehicle.
  • The card can be used for fuel, vehicle maintenance and for minor repairs to your state vehicle.
  • An option is provided to choose fuel only or fuel and minor repairs for each vehicle.
  • Each card is tied to an individual vehicle. The card will be issued to a department for one specific vehicle only.
  • There is no limit as to the number of cards a department may have.
  • For additional security, a computer generated six-digit vehicle PIN number is issued for each card.
Billing:
  • Card Limits - five transactions per day and $4,000 each month.
  • For maintenance tracking, choose the option that prompts for an odometer reading at each purchase.
  • Statements are mailed to the department directly from Voyager.
  • Statements will be addressed to contact person listed on the application.
  • The department is responsible for ensuring that the payments are made in a timely manner.
  • If your card is lost or stolen, please report it immediately to Voyager at 1-800-987-6591.
To Apply:
  • Apply on-line for the Voyager Fleet Gas Credit Card with our Purchasing Registration Program.
  • Once the application has been submitted, it is sent to the department head for approval.
  • It is then routed to the Program Administrator who verifies the information and sends it to Voyager.
  • When Voyager has your account profile set up, they will fax it over to you for approval.
  • Once approved, Voyager will issue a card and send it to the Program Administrator.
  • The entire process can be done in 7 - 10 business days.
