Standard University Agreements
These agreements have been approved by the Office of Legal Affairs and are provided for use by campus departments. No modifications to these forms should be made without the approval of either the Contract Management Office or the Office of Legal Affairs. When managing a contractual project, it is the responsibility of the user department to monitor the funds spent against the contract.
To change the specifics of a contract, e.g. cost, term, etc, the " Amendment " contract format must be initiated by the department.
