Signatory Authority
has been delegated to Financial Services for standard university-generated contracts and agreements previously approved as to form and legal sufficiency by the Office of Legal Affairs (OLA):
- Up to $5,000 for contracts requiring only minor business modifications - signed by the Assistant Director for Contract services
- Up to $50,000 - signed by the Director of Materials Management
- Above $50,000 - signed by the Associate Vice Chancellor for Financial Services following review by the Office of Legal Affairs
