Descriptions
Massage Therapy: Is defined as the systematic manual manipulation of soft tissue of the body, in promoting circulation and relief of pain.
Techniques
Sports: For the athlete, weekend warrior or professional: Pre and Post events, design to reduce sports related injuries during training and to expedite rehabilitation after injury.
Deep Tissue: Addresses the deeper layers of muscle tissue and chronic knots, which causes joint and muscle pain or imbalance in the body. Deep Tissue releases or breaks up chronic knots to relief joint and muscle pain and restores balance to the body.
Myotherapy: Uses a rhythmic rocking motion to relax the mind and body while applying direct pressure to the muscle and pressure points.
Swedish: Mainly relaxes the muscles and eases aches and pains
