| The Academic Personnel Coordinator will serve as a liaison for EPA
personnel & a primary contact for EPA
employment/classification/compensation activity. This position will
serve to extend and expedite the EPA services that are provided to
campus. Responsibilities will include consulting and advising faculty &
administrators regarding EPA personnel policies & recommended courses of
action related to EPA employment; meeting with college deans to discuss
personnel matters & developing/revising EPA policies and procedures to
improve the effectiveness of EPA administration campus-wide.
