Getting a copy of a Pay Statement
You can view/print a copy your pay statement by logging into MyPack Portal.
- Select "Employee Self Service".
- Under "Payroll and Compensation Home", select "View Paycheck".
- You will see a copy of your most recent pay statement.
- If you wish to view/print a copy of a previous pay statement, click on "View a Different Payment" in the upper right hand side of the statement. You will be given a list of all the paychecks you have received since 1999.
- The pay period begin and end date, as well as the check date is also show in the upper right hand side of the statement. The check date is the date the funds will be deposited into your bank account.
If you follow these steps and get "stuck" on the Queued panel, try this:
- Select "For Faculty and Staff" at the top of the page
- Look for the "My Reports" pagelet at the bottom, left hand side of the page
- There should be a report listed "NCPY0058", select it
- When the next page opens, under "File List" there should be three choices. Select the one that ends in .PDF
Please note: Other than on your most current pay statement, Year-to-Date (YTD) information is only viewable on the printed version of your statement.
Your paycheck stub is available for viewing as soon as University Payroll completes the processing of the payroll, usually three to four days prior to payday. Your pay will not be deposited into your bank account until the "check date" noted on the stub.
