As a new employee, you are required to complete various forms, such as a Form I-9 (Employment Eligibility Verification) and a Direct Deposit Enrollment form.
Many of the forms can be completed and submitted on-line, using Employee Self Service and may be done prior to attending New Employee Orientation. In order to access Employee Self Service you will need to know your Unity ID and password. To obtain your Unity ID and password, please consult with your department/college's Human Resources (HR) representative.
Other forms will need to be printed out, completed and handed in to your HR representative.
