F-1 student visas are for individuals in the United States engaging in a full course of academic study in an accredited educational program.
- Forms I-20 and I-94 card
- Must be full-time student
- May work 20 hours on-campus during academic year and 40 hours on campus during breaks and holidays
- With prior approval, may work more than 20 hours per week on and/off campus based on Curricular Practical Training or Optional Practical Training
