Case Monitoring and Follow-up
Follow-up services are provided for all cases handled by Deer Oaks to ensure that participants are satisfied with their services, and that participant problems have been reduced in intensity, duration, frequency and impact in the workplace. Deer Oaks provides case monitoring and follow-up to ensure that all referred employees are receiving the maximum benefit from the assistance provided.
