The Office of Contracts and Grants is now located on the second floor of Administrative Services Center III on Sullivan Drive.

As part of the Financial Services Division, the Office of Contracts and Grants is responsible for post-award administration of contracts and grants awarded to North Carolina State University. The Office is responsible for all financial reporting and financial administration of all contracts and grants awarded. The Office is responsible to the University and to the funding agencies for establishing policies and procedures consistent with federal regulation policy manuals; determining the propriety of cost and costing issues; assessing the reasonableness of costs; and exercising budgetary control of funds.
