Student Loan Collections

The Student Loan Collections Division manages the repayment of the Federal Perkins Loan and the NC State University Institutional Loan Programs. We work closely with borrowers after they have graduated or withdrawn from the University.

North Carolina State University is pleased to announce that, as of September 1, 2007, Educational Computer Systems, Incorporated (ECSI) will handle our student loan billing. Please note that ECSI is a billing service and not a collection agency. ECSI offers a number of convenient features including online access to your account information.
