How to Grant Parent Access (FERPA)

Students should follow these steps to authorize the Cashier’s Office to discuss confidential student account information with a parent or other individual.

  1. The student must log into the MyPACK Portal with Unity ID and password.
  2. Select the “For Students" tab.
  3. Select the “Parent Access” link.
  4. Follow the instructions on the page and click the “Submit” button once complete.

UNITY ACCOUNT INFORMATION: If you have problems accessing the MyPACK Portal, or have questions about your Unity ID and password, you may contact the Help Desk at 919-515-HELP (4357).

This access does not set up the parent as an authorized payer or allow access to pay or view a student's eBILL online.
