How Do I
How to Opt Out of eBILLing
Students should follow these steps to opt out of eBILLing. Your bill will be sent via US mail to the correspondence address that you have listed in the MyPack Portal.
- The student must log into the MyPACK Portal with Unity ID and password.
- Select the “For Students" tab.
- Select the “Account Summary” link.
- Select the “Activity” tab.
- Select your billing preference under “Billing Options”. You may need click the to expand the Billing Options window.
UNITY ACCOUNT INFORMATION: If you have problems accessing the MyPACK Portal, or have questions about your Unity ID and password, you may contact the Help Desk at 919-515-HELP (4357).
