How to Reset Password for an Authorized Payer

Students should follow these steps to reset the authorized payer’s password.

  1. The student must log into the MyPACK Portal with Unity ID and password.
  2. Select the “For Students" tab.
  3. Select the “Account Summary” link.
  4. Select the “View eBILL” button.
  5. Click the “Authorize Payers” link.
  6. Select the Edit by the Authorized payer you would like to reset.
  7. Select the Reset Password button to reset the Authorized Payers password.
  8. The Authorized Payer will be sent an email with a temporary password. The Authorized Payer will be prompted to create a new password upon logging in.
