Dental 
The Dental plan, administer by Pacific Life and underwritten
by NC Mutual, offers two options in which each option allows
you to select a dentist of your choice. Both are traditional
plans that pay a percentage of usual and customary charges.
A waiting period may apply for some services so please log

for more details regarding this plan.
- Plan 1: High Indemnity offers coverage for diagnostic
care, preventive care, basic and major services for yourself,
your spouse, and your dependents up to the age of 19 or
if enrolled as a full-time student up to the age of 26.
Orthodontic coverage is also provided for dependents under
19 years old.
- Plan 2: Low Indemnity offers coverage for diagnostic
care, preventive care, and basic services for yourself,
your spouse, and your dependents up to the age of 19 or
if enrolled as a full-time student up to the age of 26.
